Really, I am happy from you that you decided to take a break. Its very healthy. But if you enjoy it no reason to just give it up. As you said, just dont take it seriously and dont play tremendous amount of hours. Its a game after all, its for entertainment
I will be back but I will play more party games than solo that`s for probably 1 solo 4 party and stuff and circle it again so I can max tryhard and focus 1 game and others play for fun that way I ll keep up my solo mmr slowly 5k+ and will have fun at party games. With playing only solo I think it`s shit.

You're right, you have a 0 chance of becoming pro, you should play it for fun and because you enjoy it --> I think that's where people go wrong
If you are tired of losing solo mmr and stuff then play normal matchmaking instead of ranked, I did that and I'm enjoying it a lot more

I just feel so stress-free not playing it because when I did it felt like I was constantly running out of time.

Have a great life and im glad u guys can live without it. I tried that too, but I found out that I cannot socialise enough in reallife and am a burden for most people (except a few), so I rather spend my spare time online. Mostly in solos. Otherwise I probably would go bananas.

Game is deleted. I don`t have time anymore to play that much because I started to work so I play worse and worse and don`t enjoy it anymore. I ll watch ti5 and streams and stuff but dunno will I reainstall this game again soon or at least not few months. Anyway life is much better without dota 2, I think everyone of us if really don`t have a chance to go pro and get alot of money from a game should not play more than 4 hours per day it is really pointless better watch a movie or spend more time with friends etc.
Would like to say sorry for some non sense and lame threads if I disturbed someone I just wanted too feel a bit better because I was taking this game to seriosly.
