On naga, you lifesteal from radiance (It lifesteals magical dmg) and riptide, while also getting 100 percent upkeep on illus and lowering manta cd.
On TB, the only real thing you get is the lowered cd for illus. In short, tb doesn't benifit as much from the other aspects of the item, and its just better to get stat items, or such instead, since most of the damage from tb illus are from its right clicks.
You get 1 more illusion up at a time as well as all the other CD reductions, but it is much better just to have a refresher on the courier, IMO.

Tb is really bad when not man fighting (or man fighting building :p) octarine core doesn't help at all for man fighting.
And what good does octarine offer to tb for splitting lane ? nothing, it actually slow him down.

A lot of people are getting it on Naga for 100% uptime on illusions and other cooldown reductions. Is it worth for TB as well to reduce his cooldown on illus and metamorph? Also when would you get it (5/6th item or earlier)
