it's usually +25 or +24.. if your getting less it means ur versuing lower skiled players. F. E. your 3k mmr and valve's matchmaking couldn't find you close enough people so your team is on average 2.8k mmr with a few in 2.5k and one person at 3.2k or something. I play with some friends who are even lower skilled than I am and the other team was mostly TBD. I got like +13 so I'm guessing they are like 200-500 mmr lower than me etc...

like lets say the average of radiant is 5.350 and the average for dire is 5430 what the + - for each team ?
I'm pretty sure that's what Uguu explained. (in case of a win) You get less if the enemy team's MMR is lower than yours and vice versa. In your example, 80MMR difference is not that much, I guess you'd get +25.

What determines how much mmr we get ? Like how much difference in average mmr so it be 24/26 23/27 ect , my friend said its for every 15 mmr but he is not sure so i thought u guys might know better.
