Unless you played that "High Skill" game in a party then, yes, it's very likely above 3k. Somewhere around 3.1k i believe.
Is it a smurf account? If it is, what was your old MMR?
your mmr is still <3k.
you probably joined a game with a majority of high skill players.
the normal/high skill rating for a game is based across all players. looking at your history you are probably 2.8/2.9/maybe 3.0 right now and joined a game with 3.2/3.3k players. or maybe even a weird game with a 3.6k that boosted everyone else up into high skill.
Still, if he entered that game alone, any party involved had to have average MMR close to his. So if there was someone, let's say, 3.6k in that game, then some low 2k player was likely there as well.
In 3k MMR, there are no big gaps in MMR between players/parties. It's usually +-50 at most, even if played at weird hours. Also it's SEA server, so it's well populated.
