You generally don't run into mana issues with Ursa tbh. One or two teammates with manaboots is plenty unless you're spamming it nonstop.
Nah' it's pretty bad on him, Ursa doesn't even have mana problems dude, you probably have to learn how to manage your mana pool with him then. I'm guessing you're using W too much on camps and creep waves, even by mid game.

IDK just throwing the idea out there. It's probably shit but at least it gives mana for things like Overpower(ed) and Silvers
