I don't think the build has changed one bit except you go skadi over heart now with diffusal stacking.

I have been going skadi for a long time even before it stacked with diffusal so no change for me. Excetp I can get a diffsu when I get get skadi tho to be honest I haven't really played this hero much since November but still my second most played hero so always tempted to start playing her again.

i think farm is way better with phase

treads is better for jungle rotations and stuff and phase stronger for fights i feel

Spec is only stronk, because u can afk farm and still join the deathball w ult. Shit early game though. So, nothing like 6.83 troll, who was stronk in all game stages. Gyro comes closest to that.
You want to be in the best farming position. consider movement speed and cast range of ur enemies. If cast range is huge, and u get locked down before u can disengage w spectral dagger - get treads.
or suicidal spec is nice too w phase and early urn :>
