Aghs on LC looks good on paper but i dont see it be very usefull as usually one or the other dies within the full duration, i would only get it by alchemist gift or to really shut down a storm while the rest of the team 4v4.
And i guess you talk about io relocating you on an enemy that you duel and you go back to the foutain, i would believe it would break the duel immediatly.
well both LC and her target are moving so even if you manage to get full 2000 range relocate( which is unlikely) , they will meet in the middle. Not much of a thing.
You get it against heroes that are tanky but don't much auto attack damage like Lesh, DP, Pudge, Timbersaw, Bristle (not much damage without ulti stacks) and remove them from the entire teamfight.

will this ever be a thing? sure it ends if you're too far away, but since it's 1.5 range of pudge hook it might have potential to do some nasty stuff
