if you want anyone to join report raid, provide some proof. otherwise i would rather report you, cz as far as i remember d2l rules, massive -rep attacks were punished by temporal bans. and it was fair.
you can get reports for summoning massive senseless report raids, asking other people to abuse steam-d2l report system without providing proof.
i can jsut create reddit thread of the type "hey, i got scammed by this guy [link to your profile], plz help me and report him", and a lot of people will do it, so that you will get banned. Is it fair? Of course, it is not.
Also, giftable-only items are not supposed to be traded at all, and valve wont ever considered such a case to be a scam. Same goes for trades involving real money. When you are participating in such trades, you are giving up any possible protection of steam by default, cz you are literally breaking the rules of trading set up by the system, and that's it.
p.s sry for sounding a bit rude, I didnt mean to, and now i dont want to edit everything i wrote. this stuff just touches me personally,c z back in the old tiems i was administrating a group which consisted of ~100 people with highest rep of d2l, and I had to deal a lot with massive reports/antiscam raids/-rep raids, as well as communicate with d2l and steam administration/support. From my point of view what you do is just dishonest, and I saw people being banned for that.
i know all that shit, but there is not one honest guy in that gift shit. that is only why im angry
well, but what did u expect? if there is an opportunity to deceive some1 online without being punished ever, a huge share of people will do it, and you can never know in advance whether some random dude is a fair guy or not. When trading with unknowns, you just accept this risk, and should be concious about that.
