Hi! We have the same point of view. Back when I wanted to play to invoker, people would bully me for having odd item choices or complaining why wex build when I can clearly snowball with exort at that particular game. friends would also get angry for playing pudge for 100 times in a row or never changing item builds. It's common rule for me to try to exhaust all cases that may arise from using the same build and learning all the advantages of that build until I get full familiarity with the hero and item build. I would like to play with someone who truly understands how great it is to learn the full potential of a hero and use it to contribute to great team play. It seems you are the one. hahaha

For the past 6 weeks, I was mostly able to set aside time for playing about 1-3 games on a nightly basis.
My main focus currently is to reach 5K MMR before TI5. But I also really want to play consistently with the same group of guys - pretty much like a team.
My solo mmr: 4.5k
My party mmr: 4k
I'm a very methodical person and I still believe that at lower skilled games, consistent playstyle is a lot more important than being flexible and adaptive.
If I believe Spectre can win games, I'll keep on picking her until I see that she can't (i.e. against Jugg)
I'm looking for players who is interested in developing team-skills and is ok to follow my lead.
I guess this should be available for players who have 3.5K MMR and above.
