Quite some time ago I added the MMR-bot "Invoker's Refresher Orb"

I still have him on my friends list but he just won't accept the invite. When I check dotabuff the MMR tracker setup page reads "Invoker's Refresher Orb has received your friend invite and will accept it shortly."

I can't request a new bot (no button), I've spammed the "Refresh Status" button into oblivion. Any ideas?
