Using the chat wheel like "[X] is missing" is 100x more useful than spouting all that nonsense.

I end up muting the person and then possibly miss out on the 10% of useful things he might say.

Turn voice volume down to 0 in options if you don't want to hear mics.

voice_enable 0 in console disables all voice iirc

I honestly just use the chat wheel for everything since I get reported for typing (usually making calls). The chat wheel is honestly all you need.

^ once i got Reported For chatweeling ">Good game well played" at the beginning of a Match.
