Its pretty easy, cause you calibrated at 4.2 and havent played since then, ur mmr is still 4200.
Srsly, what do u mean by "my mmr"? the point at which u will stop climbing? how may me know?

Okay I got an idea myself. Porbably between 4.2 and 4.4, cz ur winrate in NMM since the time you calibrated is extremely close to 50%, and your hidden mmr didnt change.

Havn't played a single ranked match after calibrating at 4.2k mmr 2 years ago. I'm currently thinking about played ranked with friends, not sure what mmr bracket I would fit into with the serious mmr hyperinflation. All high/normal games I've played are non-AP (fuck matchmaking)
