That only means that matches u lost caught up. Sometimes a server crashes and the match doesn't show up. After months it for some reason does show up then and then you lose MMR out of nowhere.

Matches I lost? No I didn`t lost any matches in previous months that didn`t get me - mmr always when I lose I get - mmr, when server crashes and is safe to leave is always in 20 minute of game where noone yet won so you wanna say all 10 players from that games recieve - mmr? Such bullshit this is huge fucking bugg

they altered a lot of peoples, valve released a statement saying that they are going to do this to try to combat MMR inflation.
If you won or lost games against/with accounts that dropped a large amount in a short time after those games, it is assumed that those accounts were being boosted or were smerfs that calibrated to high, your MMR was changed accordingly.

I completely made up bullshit by the way.
