I don't think valve has rules that protect you against scams like that. Personally, I would never do 'trust trades'. People over the internet just don't care about what the community thinks of them. Anonymity is bliss for them.
Yeah, I guess I was salivating over the prospect of getting that bundle I wanted and was blind to the fact of how easy it is to get away with a scam in these type of trades
You're most likely unable to get your items back.

I would advise you lodge a fraud report at http://steamrep.com/ and maybe send an email to steam support and see if they can at least ban or flag that player's account as a scammer account.
Never do any trades outside of the steam trade window, unless it's with your real life friends. You run the risk of getting scammed if you continue with the trade.
Which bundle were you looking for anyway?
Edit: Unfortunately I didn't get any of those sets from winning year beast, I have an ember spirit set or some random rares if you want though.
want : dragon claw hook
have : sven sword
you go first, you add sweets.
Add if deal.

So I was scammed into gifting a mythical bundle and 4 items to this guy http://steamcommunity.com/id/217095858/ The deal was he was supposed to gift me a bundle back. Is there something I can do or is this unfixable? I've lost my trust in the steam users community forever
