You can go into top100 for specific hero, click on some1, open the list of matches this person played on this hero, see his itembuild, and watch the replays of games, in which this given player purchased the item you are interested in.
Although youtube/google will probably give you what you want much faster.

So, I want to see how people with highest win rate using specific items on specific heroes. For example: Shiva on Puck, Dagger on Meepo, and so on. What the best way to find replays with such criterias on dotabuff? Thanks! =)
