General DiscussionMod come in please!

I received an error while purchasing plus (the error message is like saying something I need to wait a while or what but I quickly refresh it after that because I have tried a few cards and all error and I thought this error message is the same one), but this time I have received a sms saying that the money has been deducted from my visa card unlike the previous error.

I assume the transaction has success as I received a sms, but I don't see any plus feature applied to my account yet, I have email to support@dotabuff.com , do I have to wait for a few days for a reply?
