No it's just different ratings. In theory...
When you calibrated it worked out your ranked MMR from what was your initial starting point in unranked. Over time your ranked has gone up slightly to 51% win rate while your normal match making (hidden rating) has only gone up by .19% which means that say for example your hidden rank was about 3700+ it will drop you into a lower bracket from time to time or depending on how long you queued.
There are odd exceptions to this for example. I would assume my hidden MMR is more or less around my solo/party rank of 4700-4900 but when playing year beast I had to go it solo so queued every server I could for about 8 minutes and got paired with some horrible players in high skill in Russia http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1242511944
TL;DR Your unranked hidden rating is still quite low and only gone up about .19% and is lower than your visible ranked rating. Doesn't really matter though, a game is a game. http://www.dotabuff.com/players/93295215/matches?date=&hero=&skill_bracket=high_skill&lobby_type=&game_mode=®ion=&faction=&duration=

Can hidden MMR drop so much that you get placed in lower skill bracket?
I rarely used to get high skill bracket games in unranked for over a year and now suddenly many of my normal games are high skill instead of very high. Did unranked algorithm change?
