after everyone reaches lvl 25 you are no longer getting any exp, so in your example - everyone was capped @1:06:40

^ Then the difference in XP would be 0 which doesn't seem to be the case. I think ur right but dotobuff doesn't put in the last point

notice the graph is called "DIFFERENCE IN XP EARNED PER MINUTE" not overall difference in EXP as a sum, if it was the latter then yes it would be equal to 0 BUT there is no difference in EXP because the teams aren't getting any hence the graph is where it should be :)
