General Discussiontruesight is broken

I've seen this issue with the runes too. I ward a lot but I'm pretty sure I didn't collect over 30 runes in one game.

I noticed a bug with a buyback missing too. In my case the buyback was instant so time dead shows 0s. Maybe that causes the bug?

Runes are indeed wrong in most matches, from what I can gather all the runes that get "replaced" as the next set of runes spawn, all get recorded as being collected by the first player on the radiant team, all other runes work fine.
