I got a Crystal Maiden set, and that's about it. I've noticed that it's extremely rare to find anything nowadays. Best way is to just keep playing I guess.

im so new, and stop getting boxes at level 10 :-( no more drops since then... I feel so violated.
0 drops since patch.. :) maybe volvo is preparing a big drop for da hommie fyyq
anyone know the date of the patch? i think ivev probably played like 300 games and no drop for me or anyone else (in my games)

Come to think of it i saw people here on dotabuff get more items than in dota.
Havent gotten anything since the patch. I saw one dude getting one of the ugly naga sets, thats it.
maybe we are all gonna get sf arcana/lina arcana/terror arcana/techies arcana/pa arcana

I've also had none since the patch, Valve said it was based on time, but it seems like it takes forever to just get a single item or set.
ok... didnt play that many games. only 7pages of 20 games. but we have to take into account games not counting so -15 i guess.
so ive played ~105 games with no drops... volvo whyy :'(
but i just got a heroic from the dreamleague :p the killstealer from sniper (rare) of jerax fb on sedoy :D
