the only timing for io is before tinker gets his dagger, io+ 1 cant reloc gank anyone with dagger and you cant survive in fights tinker can just burst you down
actually im wrong if io does the blink/eul/(fs?) abuse into 1.8k range tether tinker would be a sad man
stuns, hex'es , fast initiators like storm can counter tinker... but when tinker is mad you cant counter him sorry ggwp
Pugna plant dat ward in the middle of the fight "hidden ofc" and look at enemy tinker eather dying or leaving the teamfight ... unless he gets bkb but still forcing him to get bkb is good
so the io doesnt die to tinker if he has 5k of items. that's hardly a counter to him though.
? no i meant tether into shift q/fast click eul or blink allows you to do a 1.8k range tether (bug) and im not sure if fs works too.
i didnt mean to say io counters tinker i meant its annoying for tinker since tinker supposed to counter wisp +1s by instantly bursting him down in fights just like other wisp counters.

I'm fairly new to Dota and was wondering which "hero" is the best to counter tinker. From my perspective I see myself picking Death Prophet to lane vs Tinker. Or would a pick like Sky Mage be the way to go. Also wondering if Storm Spirit is "overpowered" because the first game I played with him went a lot better than what I've heard this game usually goes.
