Not bad. MMR can go up and down as high as 200-300 mmr. Hitting 3.5k high myself i found it's actually easier than 3.3k mmr. So it's like the trench for low 4k players almost everybody has defeatist attitude. As 2.8-3.0k mmr is the trench for 3.5k players.
Unless you post your older account I don't think anybody can give you advice since you have so little games played on that account so far. I would just milk your heroes like zues, nyx, doom and DP til they hit 50% winrate etc...
I have 4k solo and party 3,2k and its trenchy, I play it to have fun but sometimes the players do surprise me.

This is my ID , before calibration i alway in very highskill bracket ,i heard that mean ~3700+ . And after 10 calibration game i was 3964 .
I though i am doing pretty good with my calibration game goes 9-1 with it with pretty ok KDA ratio and gpm/hero damage ( zeus i know) , but i guess it not then...
