ip can be changed by reseting modem genius + they make money from the game why push so hard , i got banned by steamrep and give up any trade on the future volve lost 1 more costumer if they not be carefula bout this poticis they wll lose and lose

Just dont' feel like they are punishing abandonment and feeding accounts. Maybe IP lock them out of dota 2 or have stacking time bans on people.
Say: 1 day, 5 day, 10 days, 40 days etc... after 40 days they should get a 3 strikes and you're out type of deal also IP lock/account ban them so they can't smurf with another account.
