They probably aren't that serious teams because I don't know how you could manage it all at once. Also V-god is fucking pro man.
Just replace your pubs with scrims/tournament matches. Some people here play way more Dota than people on tier 2 teams (probably even tier 1).
i do but to play scrims you plan shit out and first you have to find a team shit takes months
