In a recent game, I decided to get one instead of saving my throne (i think we were going to lose anyway). Definitely worth!

Coincidentally, my sven had a rampage in my last game (because of my sick blackhole).
If you're winning and pushing for rax it's not uncommon to get rampages as a mid carry, due to buybacks from the enemy team.

I have gotten 7 ever on my main, or a little less than 1% of games. How often do they happen (I bet I see more than most dotabuffers, being down in the trench and all)?
