Nevertheless, i am happy that stricter measures apply to dodgers such as longer time bans and hopefully low priority games in the future too.

What is the best site to always read and be updated about the changes that contains even the smallest patch from Valve? Also a lot of the things that a player notices during playing the game most of the times are not written in the changelog... Are they kept secret for pro players only or is it just my idea? For example the speeding courier nerf when there is an empty bottle in it.
