Generally two stuns or one stun + one slow can get you kills on most heroes I think. e.g. I've played as a support WK in aggressive tri lanes.
Kotl is more defensive than aggressive I think. It's kind of harder to land the nuke, and he doesn't really provide anything other than that. (other than mana leak, but you generally dont level this first anyway. And the first level of it is not that great)
skel razor visage, if you lose a triple with that, you can hang yourslef irl
Vengeful+Crystal Maiden are very casual picks for trilanes, but I think too casual if the other drafter is smart enough to see it. But thats just in my range of the skill bracket :)
Sand King is alright too
Shadow Demon, Clockwerk, Dazzle.
Disruption into Cogs into Shadow Wave
does insance damage early. 100% winrate with this strategy. only do this if you have 3 people that speak english and have mics
Actually, if you know how to position, you don't even need cog to stuck the target.
the 2 illusions + a hero is enough for it

I wanna try out some aggressive trianes in CM mode. obviously it depends on their picks but in general what 3 hero combos have you guys tried and done well with in pubs? Visage and KotL do alright in many setups.
