Your browser is set to clear your cookies on close or something is doing that. If you run CCleaner a lot then that would also be the cause of this.
You can bet but you shouldn't bet. TI4 is the most inconsistent shit ever.

I've been tradebanned for around 1year and 8months or so.
It started with me getting scammed in a trade with a very good friend of mine, gave him a game worth of €60, after this I started scamming myself.
Got banned (for 1 month or so) got on probation. Probation timer over, continue scam.
I got banned like 2 times before I got perm banned.
Pretty stupid of me, and I obviously regret it.
It sucks :-(
If someone knows a way you can try to convince valve to unban you, I'd reward you BIG!!
I've tried to send support ticks, but I just gets answers from bots who sends the FAQ, Rules etc..

I got reported 3 times, thats about it.
I mean, it's ~2years ago, and I'm obviously not that kind of guy.
They could given me like 5 years probation time where people gets notification (while trading) about this guy is on probation, etc. (that happens if you're on probation while trying to trade)

One of the main reasons I want to be able to trade is to bet items (with friends, not to any official shit) on games.
e.g. Fnatic vs Navi, I'd go bet vs Blunt to get some ez rares, etc.

Steam make it very clear that an account is your responsibility and will not make exceptions for anyone permanently trade banned. Even if you were fortunate enough to make a case and someone unbanned you on a personal basis then another moderator would immediately notice and return you back to trade ban status.
There is 100% no way out of this and that is sadly their policy on it which I think is fair, perhaps not on you but scamming is scamming and you commit the crime you do the time, and theirs is permanent :(

im using dota2wage atm to bet cause d2l is impossible. for some reason not all games show up on that site tho

too much weird shit happening :D + they fuckign cancelled one of my bets saying i bet when the game already started and they are obviously lying cause the timestamp appears in dota xD (i complained and they lied :D, this was yesterday)
