Because they 'accidentally' abuse there to inflate their win rates, Vrok has a 58% wr in Europe, and an 85% wr in Russia. Coincidence?

I wanna play Russian Server :P Eventhough I am from Korea... Russia is much closer from korea than US West... However shows like 300~400 ping... wtf.............. I played Europe Server and had a nice chat with a Russian :P SOOKA
