@Skolder
I can understand Medusa getting Manta. Even if it's far from optimal, it's fine. I sorta can understand Medusa getting Mjollnir. It's even less optimal, but has its uses. But why the hell people get Manta and Mjolnit simultaniously? Is there some "Least synergy build" competition with this hero?
@epsik-kun: Manta is very good on Medusa to be honest because of split spot. Not necessarily the best item, but a very good mid item. The Mjollnir is indeed a bit suboptimal. Reason why I get it is 'cause I like to get Maelstrom early for farm increase (maelstrom is like the ranged hero's poor-man battlefury, those extra bounces of lightning are really good). Also, as early game items I get a drum on her and basi/aquila. People underestimate the power of an early drum, especially on medusa (twice the HP you get from INT+STR).
Oh yeah, Medusa is in some ways like Morphling. If it's got an ultimate orb, it's good for you.
@Skolder
I said, I do understand uses of these items. But this is the worst late game combination you can imagine.
Manta's usefulness for Medusa is: stats, MS, debuff removal. Illusions are garbage. And trust me when I say they are.
Mjollnir's usefulness for Medusa is: active and ton of AS, if you're going for Rapier. Medusa farms perfectly fine without this orb.
But:
Mjollnir's orb and active are useless on stoned enemies, Manta's illusions (better make them less terrible, if you went manta) do not profit from flat AS nor orb neither flat damage (especialy if you went Rapier).
^ I didn't say it was the best build. Normally people should get a Butterfly instead of Mjollnir. Linkens and Skaid are core in my opinion and Manta is very useful 60% of the time. I just fuck around on heroes sometimes, that's all.
well now i am anxious that i am going to get russian ganked. Gaben pls

btw for those wondering i crawled myself from 43% win rate
I was 48% a few months back. Now I'm nearly 53%. Not that winrate means all that much, but 53% looks way better than 48%.
Now I'm gonna go on an epic losing streak back to 48%
