skill bracket only shows up if dotabuff knows 100% for sure this is the correct skillbracket. if there is uncertainty because of a weird mix of players in a match or some other reason, you wont see the bracket

Hi, I was looking through my recently played matches and noticed that the skill bracket of the match (either Normal or Very High in my case o_o) are shown for some of the matches, but not all.
I remember for a period of time, after Valve removed the ability to search your name in past matches to find your skill bracket, this skill bracket indicator was also removed from games on dotabuff.
Wondering if I missed some update/someone could clarify to me how/why the skill bracket indicators come up randomly?
