Invoker... If the hero doesnt have BKB, but I think Magic Damage in general works really well againts Armor-based tank heroes.
dazzle! razor! bristle! shadowfeind! alchemist! tons of heroes have abilities for reducing armor.
God i got killed countless of time with my doom stacking almost 40+ armor with cuirass, shivas, lich armor and frost armor creep skill

minus armor is overrated at high armor except if u got slardar i think

40 armor-71 %- so if ur gonna buy a desolator which is only -6 armor i think 68% physical damage resistance is still to high
45 armor -73%
50 armor -75%
55 armor -77%
60 armor- 78%
you probably shouldnt max armor unless you're getting freefarm in lane
yeah thats idea to fight naix i thought, i raise my armor a lot because he used desolator, if i buy something like tarrasque it would be worse :p

ive got a game in dota where i was DK where my hp and armor reached 4,500/45+ armor due to lich +meka + some aura i think and im like against a sf with dr+desolator and he cant hardly kill me idk why.. i felt that -6 is really negligible since only a small percentage in physical reduction will decrease

ive watch a game a year ago from twitch i believe it was navi vs alliance where alliance pick sven( a very high armored hero + got tarasque and cuirass) because xboct notice these he built a mjolliner on facless void to counter sven... the commentator said that it was a good item choice
