Sry :P Maybe its something with ure Drivers ? Perhaps the Animation wants to use some specific funtionality from ure card which is not supported by the actual driver or buggy ?
I would use low settings to force the graphics options on your card too. You can make the game go lower quality with the extra options sent by Radeons graphics set drivers.
Also... I would probably invest in some RAM. I think your model can max out at 8GB you may as well do it for the cash and sell your old sticks in the machine. You're using 1.6GB of RAM on your laptop for just your video card, and the rest is running your background stuff and windows 8 which is a resource hog.

Also shut off all the rest of the non-essential items you run on your system:
http://www.howtogeek.com/74523/how-to-disable-startup-programs-in-windows/
You can at least do it the free way if you can't do it the $40.00 way of maxing your pc potential.
I have 50 , 60 fps and i also get that disruptor shit , i think it is because of the intel hd graphic , in other games i also had problems like that , like not seeing smoke or incendiary nades in some fps games ...
^On the graphics options you can disable "extra effects" in game or on the graphics card itself in its own options. It will improve your framerate by a ton.
To me it looks like Disruptor embraced the disco gods , if anything.
you would think so yeah, but it drops so hard you can barely move your hero :P and your whole screen goes blue and you can't see anything :D
i have same problem. i have an macbook with intel hd 4000 graphics. don't know what to do. it sucks. i really enjoyed playing disruptor. he is one of my favorites. now i start crying if he is picked...
steamsupport didn't help me at all. they told me to update my graphic card, which didn't change anything
i have this same problem, however i know what caused it for me, when i did the Direct x 9 Force on start it in the launch settings this happened so check that

I am having a serious issue here. I play normally around 20-30 fps, which I am used to. But for the past few months, whenever Disruptor drops his rings, the electricity surrounding extends up to the sky, the whole things sort of stretches. Now when that happens my fps drops to like 5, and I can't even move my hero. As you can imagine, that does not bode well for playing against that hero lol :D
If somebody has come across this, any help will be appreciated.
