who is tallest without using a skill. ill let tinys go since he doesnt grow taller from a cast.

I think tb. he looks enormous.

edit: without using spells, could be sf. or possibly enigma.

sf is bigger than ogre with bloodlust

without wtf mode, you can still get him bigger then everyone else..
Also add in bkb + bloodlust and not much gets bigger then undying

Let's see... Terrorblade's Metamorphosis + Lv. 3 Tiny Grow + Bloodlust/BKB/whatever.

Undying with ult, Ogres buff and bkb, tested: Taller than roshan

Terrorblade + Meta + Bloodlust + Bkb and if you are in Ability draft then +Grow.
