Vaikiss is incorrect. The system will try to match you with players of your level, but eventually it will give up and match you with players below you. If you end up in a game with players way below your MMR, the unpredictability variable that is added to your MMR algorithm before the match will not be in your favor. Basically, that chances of you winning are so high, the system does not consider a change in your MMR necessary.
If you are winning +0 or +1-4, that is a great thing. It means you are problem top 200 or so of all MMR players, or you can't find anyone near your rank.
