I agree. There is no skill within this mod, it's all about buying the flavours (which I did) in order to be able to spam mines. Sure there is most likely a boring way to get far without a lot of mines, but its either way the most efficient/easy way of going far.
All you need is an ursa + SK + Gold for mines and u can get an A
Also getting mythicals is waaay too easy now ive gotten 2 mythicals easily
this game mode goes against the point of a MOBA, there's no fresh start when you lose a game
well, this is an event which doesnt have anything to do with the game genre, get real mate:P

i played 25 min, the fucking beast ran away and i only got B rank....
It's not so much that I feel I didn't get anything from it, it's that Valve is wasting time and resources on shitty game modes instead of fixing the 1000+ bugs and rebalancing.
they fixed the beast, tons of people abused it.
I only got to abuse it a little and make edit 50 bucks
they reset and rewarded the couriers. anyone who got over 25mil damage was top 10%
All in all it wasent a very good gamemode to be honest the new items dont even look that cool anyway i mean per min irl its better if u just purposly lose each mach to get a free 250 jade coins that play for 10 mins amd most likly get the same amount

Played 3 games so far, we did less then 100k damage in 2 of them and got nothing. Third game was semi-decent with like 500k dmg and only 1 team mate without items. Wasted over 1k gold and 1 hour for 600 whatever they're called.

Spending 1k ingots in fail games make you start with 1k ingots handicap in normal games.
Didn't really enjoy the game mode. I tried practice mode a twice and got to the 10 min mark. I tried Omniknight once and dispel didn't seem to do anything against the water spells, or the wave attack. No explanation over the spells the Year Beast did and what it was immune to. No explanation over the special gear you could buy until the 2nd game around someone mentioned to get force boots and the armor. Went PA and had a better time avoiding the beast when blinking to my guys, or force booting my way out.
All in all I had 2k gold ingots and didn't feel like bothering fighting the year beast if 2k was all I had and spoiling someone elses time, since I didn't have 25k gold ingots like you get in practice mode.
Interesting mod, but didn't capture my attention too long. Would like to see more description of the point of the mod's they put out.

The farthest I got was with 1 player spending all his gold on mines into a perma stun
Literally this game is won by whoever has the most gold not skill
Its the opposite of a MOBA - skill not grinding that wins games
