man its unplayable it jumps like that for 1 min and sometime more its a game ruiner it cant be the freaking server

General Discussiondoes any1 know why ! and does any1 having the same ping problem ?!
am having a huge ping bounce from 220 to 3500 with 100% no other program downloading or uploading is that even freaking possible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if any1 knows a way to help pls do and if any1 have same issues and solved it pls tell how !!!
