I had a similar idea to this that was pretty much all pick but before you started searching you would have the opportunity to vote for five hero's you didn't want to be in the match and the collective top five voted hero's would be banned. this would be a solo QQ mode only, due to the ability for stacks to ban strat counters. +1

Well i dont think my idea is 100% spot on. Id just like a way around playing with a Furion on my team in almost all of my games which i find rather annoying, and i think this would be a way around it.
The NPs in your tier sound like scrubs. Early ganks are HUGE!
Start playing with some friends, makes a huge difference.
Play all random. It's much more fun. (Now don't go to my profile and say that why don't I play AR. That's because I can't play that many heroes)

I really wish they would add a special mode. It should be like All Pick, but where each player could ban 1 hero from his own team, that could not be picked up. This would allow me to ban Furion or Pudge the entire time from the player pool, coz most Furion players just sit jungle all game and then they come out of it when the game is over. I think my winrate if theres a Fuion player on my team is about 10-15% because ppl have zero clue on how to use the hero. Same goes with Pudge, everyone thinks they are Dendi and they miss fucking every single hook and then they go "ping is high". Heck, 2 games ago our Furion didnt even have boots untill 16 minutes into the game. And 12 minute midas.... And then back to jungle....
Right now, theres only a few ways for me to avoid a Furion:
1. Pick it myself
2. Hope enemy team picks it up
3. Avoid playing AP - i generally already hate AP but the queue times without AP on is 3x as much which is about 8 mins for me then... And avoiding AP would only decrease the chances, not make it 100% sure.
So a mode where each player got a chance to ban a hero on their own team would be really nice.
