K, so first off if you're shitty, don't bother. If you aren't sure if you're shitty, don't bother. If you're russian/BR/Mexican/someone with an accent that sounds like ass don't bother.
If you're good mannered I don't care, if you're bad mannered I don't care. What I do care about is your ability to play. No "Mid" or "Carry" players, just solid as fuck people who know how to excel at more than one role and with a very wide range of heros.
Some basic requirements (please make sure you read these)
-You play in VERY HIGH mmr (the higher spectrum of that bracket as well, if you more frequently than not play with retards, its prob low)
-Your win rate isn't horrible, I play solo in most cases. If I am not playing solo I am likely playing with some really horrific RL friends who are shittier than pubs, with a ~58% win rate, absolutely nobody under 50% win rate in any situation is going to be decent, sorry.
-Your K/D/As aren't 2.00 with 750 drow games (you know who you are have good KDAs and a variation of heros played)
-You don't have a nasley voice, but you do have a mic
If you play on EUW and can ping well on US servers that is fine, your accents usually aren't bad (no russians). Quality of your game is most important, not going to go into specifics post here if this sounds like you inb4 rageflame
