Good: Nicely mixed composite heroes and all round looks like a good, well-thoughtout player.
Bad: While you seem decent on supports there are a lot of games where you seem to be playing the "martyrdom" support. Higher early impact will allow you to scale better into late where you will have less impact. Also some of your builds (while decent) aren't so favored.
Good: Respect not seen much with so many Played Games and it seems to me you pick what is needed and dont consist on playing somthing but mostly play Initiation Heroes your overall winning rate is decent just from what i seen i would like to have someone like you in my team.
Bad: It seems to me you change your friends like socks and rather then that i dont see anything what i can mention
...also trying to test different stuff to utilize doom better early game (lost cause dc) and it works http://dotabuff.com/matches/683941257 to the extent your team are willing to cooperate
