u can choose wut language u play in, if they spam russian shit, there is a report button when u open the scoreboard if u ever noticed, and if they r communicating with each other (russian to russian) then u got no right to report them, unless u suspect they r offending someone
btw, russians r better than most europe players, but they don't call it, " HEY I AM RUSSIAN AND I WARDED, DEWARDED, SUPPORTED LIKE A BOSS, AND CARRIED MY TEAM TO WIN WITH A SUPPORT HERO"

Its not that much of an issue as you get the occassional one but the problem is that at the start they were so ill behaved that people continue to hate them now.
Russian servers are full of russians and they stay there for the most part but the fact is that the US and EU servers are really fucking good and house most of the players bar SEA. So I can understand when they come over to ours.
TIP: When I solo que and see I have a group of russians I politely let them know that they are welcome to communicate as long as when they need me they speak english and they are actually quite respectful once they know you are understanding and the game won't start in bad blood. Trust me on this.

I'm playing on Europe servers and am a bit fed up with the typical russian teammate;
There are good exceptions I'm sure but typically they can't be communicated with as they just spam they cyrillic letters in the chat which is very detrimental to teamplay.
Even when they pick support chars they never buy wards, courier etc for some reason.
Perhaps there could be a russian server for them to play on, I'm sure they'd prefer games where everyone speak the same language aswell?
