spirit siphon will have a cast time? longer cooldowns? removed slow?
str gain?
exo cd rescaled/higher?
base dmg?
ms?
some acceptable nerfs for me:
+50 damage talent,i almost never pick it unless vs full physical damage team or i lose my lane and jungling (pls buff the magic resistance talent thx)
higher silence cooldown
+150 cast range talent is also acceptable
