The passive seems really good but that active pops VERY easily for a huge cd and the stats are trash

i thought it would pop when u are below 20% hp or some shit. misread it. pops way too fast instead???? completely pointless

The core ones that can use it really good are Ember and Puck, I think
I dont play those heroes tho

they will change it to 50% very soon, dont worry

Didnt buy it yet, but I imagine great for iniciators- they burst in, disable, make noise, create chaos and yet, they live. Or as well for heroes who have some ability, but easily burstable - WD, silencer.

I played with support venge, who just swapped sniper out of base and survived between 4 heroes to forcestaff herself out of the base coz of aeon.
I saw as well Enigma being jumped by 5 ppl in jungle and instead of dying, she managed to wipe the team, coz she had those 2 seconds of life to pop BKB and combo. I guess for magnus as well - you just have the time to skewer back somebody or ulti skewer while being 80% and ready to fight.

As well for Enigma with refresher - jump in, ulti, when they pop it, refresh and again.

But these times, nobody plays enigma, coz jungle was broke. :)

So at the end to sum it up - I would say it is for utility cores to have chance to drop the hammer and have big ultimates/spell which are needed to win the teamfight.

At the same time I imagine it is partially the counter to these utility cores to survive - against likes of void, Enigma and even heroes like CK/Sven to have the option to drop at least something.

Its very good item, i agree that stats it give are shit, and can be made better, since recipe cost is huge, but the lassive is great, it just privents you from being dead against cores like void, great item for supports

Seems like a terrible and unreliable survivability item for supports. For less than 500 gold more you can get both a force and glimmer. Huge cooldown passive that will almost always trigger when you don't want it too with a much worse build up.

seems pretty good against heroes like sven

I only brought it for Earth spirit for stone enemy and kick them to my teammate. but this item actually good to counter carry with abyssal blade or AOE stun like magnus, warlock it would be great if you can active this item like abaddon ult.

It would probably be op if they gave it better stats. It's not really a carry item which is probably why most people don't get it.
