You don't. You offlane. Unless you're intentionally weakening your lanes. In which case you just cliff stack like normal, on dire pull at 53 to the new cliff. Can do with both mediums and the ez. On radiant just vac the t2 cliff whenever and hey presto your in low prio before you can say, "why did you feed the safe lane carry"
why would you cliff stack early in the game if you can just stack normally? only because "woah cliff stacking, much skill"?
You don't need to do it. Just kill the big camp first with Iron Talon and them stack the medium one. This will probably give you level 3 or at least very close to it just 1.20 minutes in. Also if you stack the hard camp too much, the magic resistance auras will fuck you over.

My latest match. I pick him as radiant side. I start with Ion Shell with myself and weaker nature creeps. But I don't know how to stack with Vacuum best.
