Edit as requested: If you're having a hard time getting blink on WR because you keep on dying during the process, try getting forcestaff instead, parts are cheaper means you can instabuy materials when you're about to die. Sometimes you just have to go for lesser items when you're having a hard time. Its like the struggle between what boots to get on TB, Treads or BoT; I make the call depending on how the laning stage was for me, try doing the same.
