taking a break actually really helps
or just play 1-2 games a day and really focus on just these 2 games and if you win both games just quit for the day - dont play more cause then you will tilt at some point again and get a losing streak at worst
Do small exercises every 2-3 games about 10-30 minutes. It help a lot to me when I do it.
just dont tilt..omegalul..joke aside..you can take a little break every game..spend 5-10 mins watching some youtube videos or something..

Find a hella easy game where you can just be a god and smash braindead AI. Total War is good for that, or legit any single player game that has an easy setting lmao.
1) Get behavior score to 10k (turbo games, commend everyone so they commend you back).
2) Practice new roles and heroes outside ranked. You performed poorly in all your recent games.
3) Do not tilt. It is easy. You are not a dota god, neither your teammates.
Just stop being a doush. You are the only constant in any of your games. Ignore all the retards and play your own game. If you play Dota t 5k You will hit 5K if you play Dota at 3k You will hit 3k. Stop bitching everyone makes mistakes. Play an inhouse with your friends 5v5 You will see mistakes and stupid shit even some fo your friends do and realize we all make these mistakes.
