                                          whats wrong with pango nerf?
                                          before -> u had 20% chance on each strike, if u use Q u do 4 strike
                                          chance of doing silence or disarm -> 1 - (1 - 0.20)^4 = 0.59, so u have like 60% chance
                                          after -> 1 - (1-0.17)^4 = 0.525 so u have like 53% chance
                                          if they nerf it to 16% it will go to 50% chance on ur Q and thats not good, u like too have more than 50% chance on ur Q to disarm or silence, right?
                                          so 17% is the best minimal chance u can have!

                                          after this calculations i must say they have good balance team unlike some ppl trolling and laughing at numbers here :)

                                              and also extra time for enemy to kill it and get the bounty when he is farming? its not just a buff its a nerf too!
                                              + its a big nerf to me, now ppl trying to kill it more than before cause they have extra time for it and it makes u farm harder :)

                                                                                        I love how poorly thought out some of the changes are.

                                                                                        What was the point of the static field change in 7.21? Is it meant to buff him or nerf him? If he wanted to buff him why not just make it so that it applies in a 1200 radius and also to anything affected by nimbus or his ulti. It was basically a completely uncalled for nerf since half his damage is actually caused by static field procs when he removed 10% of current enemy hp every 2-3 seconds. Now he's rebuffed it back to its old percentage which was part of the post 6.86 nerf but kept the retarded only works if they are damaged by it thing. Can't wait to see that removed in a year.

                                                                                        He buffed his speed from 295 to 300 and strength gain from 2.3 per level to 2.6. But then he went back cut the speed back to 295 last patch and has suffered two cuts to his strength gain recently so its now only 2.1 per level. Like wtf. His movespeed talent also went from +40 to only +30. Super easy to kill if anyone ever gets on top of him, and he's meant to be a core? Rofl.

                                                                                        He's been nerfing his chain lightning skill so it can't be used to get cs, but buffing his shitty little auto attack so he can try to get creeps from 380 range with one of the worst auto attack animations in the game, all the while getting wailed on by the enemy mid who is hitting him with a 600 range autoattack, or just running him down and killing him if they are a melee mid.

                                                                                        Zeus has gone from pub stomping 56% winrate next to spectre to falling just below 50% now. Also completely unpicked in Dreamleague, like completely. Not even pulled as a surprise pick like VC did with bloodseeker.

                                                                                        Don't worry though he now has an extra 6 int by the time he hits level 25. Totally going to fix things.

                                                                                            Hell, all they really have to do is undo the nerf to his ultimate from 8% back to 7%, and he'd effectively be 2x stronger than before. And yet everyone on this forum still likes to call him a dead hero.

                                                                                              ^ Problem with storm is the way they changed how mana regen is calculated. I saw a video somewhere which showed that a 6 slotted storm with conventional items in the current patches only has about 60-70% of the mana regen that he had prior to (7.07?) (whichever patch saw mana regen change from % increases to flat increases).

                                                                                              Whilst on paper it seems like he should be stronger than ever, the way mana regen was calculated nerfed him to th point of being a situational pick.

                                                                                                    Oh yeah I remember when storm was OP. Probably the third worst patch behind sniper/troll (6.83) and spectre/zeus (6.86) patches. It's absolutely no fun at all playing when no matter where you are on the map a storm can just appear and solo kill you. You just end up sticking together, getting completely outfarmed by the enemy, the storm still snowballs and you lose in the least fun way possible. It's either you do nothing but sit around or wait to lose or try to farm and end up spending half the game staring at the grey dead hero screen.

                                                                                                      So bloodseeker is ok if he is ahead, but if you ever fall behind the hero is still very bad. He needs a buff to guarantee that he is more likely to win his lane than not, eg some sort of base damage or agility increase or just one of those 1 base armour changes, especially if you can't count on your allies to cause the other enemies to be low hp.
