This, but unironically. First, allow me to start off by stating that there is nothing to deal with. Your question consciously or unconsciously must be a defense mechanism to detract from the reality of your situation. You get normal dota, this is it, this has always been it. What does this mean for DotA 2? This means that professional DotA 2 players are skilled at working with a broken system--the same as anyone considered a professional in life.

It's difficult, but ANY player no matter how good can lose. Usually it's because they get way too cocky, for example building risky with items not normally suitable such as a midas, bfury, mjollnir you get me. And if they throw but you have a late game hero such as Spectre, you have a chance to win the game by yourself not only by skill, but primarily because you chose a statistical advantage due to your intelligence which could be considered skill I suppose. Smurfs are a thing, think of them not as a problem because that will make you feel negative. Instead you have to accept it and make the best of then situation, we can see smurfs now as a random boss battle every now and then. You can try your best, and try to pick up on his patterns as well. Emphasis on trying your best, if you are weak then expect to get nowhere. Anyone can be as good as that smurf, and better. The smurf might even start playing worse than you in the game!
Eventually, you will be a solid player who finds his own methods on dealing with problem enemies like this. As someone who has smurfed in the past quite a bit, sometimes people will pick heroes like techies and I. JUST. CAN'T. END. Never find excuses to why things are impossible, it's on you. You don't farm as well as him, because you chose to do x and y. You don't destroy your lane like him. If you did, it would balance the game out. You would be running around doing impactful things, and setting the game up for a win. You can keep talking about how other people don't do this and that, they suck, they don't ward, all excuses. It's your job to win if that's what you want, so if you need to things like ward because your support is weird and sucks, then that is normal relative to your bracket and you have to deal with the broken system like the rest of us. There's nothing but acceptance about how stupid people can be, honestly. If my team won't stop whining, I mute them. If there's no wards for me to farm safely, I can blame only myself if I leave a certain part of the map dark. Sure, my support may be a normal skill delusional NPC.. but self-reliance really gets you far in this game. It's true, 2 - 3k supports are a joke. So, get good and do your job and theirs too. It's weird, but that's the kinda stuff you gotta get used to in life in general!! Adaptation, self reliance.

1. Hope their internet disconnected (A+)
2. Hope their teammates argue about lanes and pick 5 cores (C - booster/smurf still can win)
3. Hope their teammates straight feed mid or throwing the game so hard (B - bigger chance than above)
4. Hope hes trying or learning new heroes/build and make bad decision at all(D - sometime)
5. Hope hes playing position 5 and the cores feed so much (D - xD)
