Get used to mouse moving (slashes and slashes to position camera) and you will get 1k just from that.
Use hotkeys for item/spells, commands, shop and so on and you should get ~500-1000 mmr more

I’m not great but I don’t play a fair amount and I’m wondering if any other left handed people have a similar setup to me or how they play dota because mine I feel like is unique and allows me to use arrow keys.
