Pay for it cause if you have to ask you're not willing to put in effort and you're looking for a quick win. Picking meta heroes will only get you so far you have to learn to be a better player which takes time.
3k to 7k took my friend 2 years. Nothing worth doing comes easy.
Just as abyss watcher stated. Pick visage then automatically win. Convince your teammate to pick drow and you win even faster.

i use lycan, i think its a version of visage. cant image visage mid, drow safe, lycan offlane, since only need helm to push tower.
